An apple a day kepes the doctor away!!

So why not come to the Apple run #6 to extend your life.

There will be a runner and walkers Hash on Saturday 1 October at 15.00

On Inn: Casa Bad Pitt, Skogsvägen 12, T-bana 18, station Sandsborg. Follow half arrows.

After the run and drink stops there will be a circle.

Then there will be showers and sauna.

And dinner with coffee and cake.

If RA gives us good weather there will be a bonfire with marshmallows.
