Take the pendeltåg towards Västerhaninge, Nynäshamn  and get of att Trångsunds station. Follow the half arrows to on in. 

Welcome to a absolut run with a runners trail and a walkers trail. We will have  drinkstops and a swimstop. We will eat afterwards and drink some beer and wine . We have a sauna and a jacuzzi for those of you who want. Please let us know if you will come latest on Wednesday  so we know how much food  beer and wine we need. Remember to bring your mug for the drinkstops and the circle.
