Buss 873 from Gullmarsplan to Nyfors. Get of at the end of the line. Follow halfarrows to parking lot at the entrance to Tyresta forest.

The day after midsummer.... Back to the dark times again but no need for flashlights or torches yet!
The trail will be a little shorter than average but contain some interesting elements of nature. A change of shoes and clothes might come in handy. Bring a towel because you might want to take a swim! And don't forget mosquito repellant!
After the run for those who like we find a fireplace and have some barbeque. Bring whatever you like to burn and drink.

If anyone brings a hash car for bags that would be wonderful and will be rewarded with a doggy bag. (Ali Wank Bonk have volunteered to bring hash car :-) )
