It's super easy to get to Norrtälje. Just hop on SL double decker bus #676 from Tekniska högskolan or Danderyds sjukhus and you'll arrive to Norrtälje about an hour later with free WiFi keeping you entertained onboard if you find your fellow co-passengers too dull. Get off at the Gustavslund stop (next to ICA Flygfyren and right after Campus Roslagen) and follow the half arrows to the On-Inn. The 500 m walk shouldn't take more than 7-8 min.

The hare recommends the bus that departs Tekniska högskolan at 13:35 and Danderyds sjukhus at 13:48. It'll drop you off at Gustavslund at 14:40 which will give you plenty of time to make it to the run start without rushing it. However, if you miss it you still have a chance with the bus that departs 15 min later — just send me a text so that I know that you're on it (and start running when you get off the bus. 😉)

If you're driving, take E18 from Stockholm and choose the third exit in the big roundabout as you enter Norrtälje, continuing on road 76. Go through the tunnel and then turn right on the next roundabout. Then immediately turn right again on Lännagatan and follow it until it turns left onto Ljungbergsgatan. Park anywhere along the long stretch ahead.

In the evening, the 676 busses back to Stockholm depart Gustavslund every 15 min until 19:35, then every 30 min at :02 & :32 until 00:02. After that, there are two 696 busses that depart at 00:47 & 01:47, but they're about 18 min slower as they take a detour to Rimbo first. Just be aware that the outbound Gustavslund bus stop is about 250 m north of the inbound bus stop, so walk left instead of right when you get to Stockholmsvägen. (Don't worry, I'll mark it.)

You're welcome to stay the night too. The old house isn't very big, but it can probably sleep about 8-10 people inside with room for 4-5 tents in the garden. I think I have couple of two-person tents that I can lend out too. Just let me know how many of you there are and what you would prefer and I'll do my best to make everyone fit. Please bring your own bed linen or sleeping bags.

Being exactly one month after syttende mai and exactly one week after Oslo H3's most excellent, but grueling 1500th run, this Norgtelie hasj will have a Swedish-Norwegian friendship theme. 🇸🇪🇳🇴 Dressing in red, white, yellow, and blue is encouraged, but not required, and bonus points will be given for each person showing up in a lusekofte or other classic Norwegian attire (including hot potatoes up your arse, or is that Danish? 😝).

Now for the important stuff: Beer! 😃 Since this is a Home Brew Hash, there will be a beer tasting competition as well. If you are a brewer and want to participate, please bring enough for everyone to get a 4-5 cl sample. I don't know how many we'll be, but I'm thinking that about 1.5 L should be enough for everyone to get a taste. Of course, if you want to bring more than that, then by all means do! As always, I will provide beer & wine at self-cost in the dungeon, uh, jordkällaren, and you're more than welcome to add your brews to the selection. I'll be happy to reimburse you from the total kitty at the end of the evening depending on how much people drunk (and how drunk they got 🤢).

Please let me know if a) you're cumming, b) you're brewing, and c) you're staying the night! The sooner the better, but please no later than Friday morning.

I'm planning a rustic fish & seafood soup for dinner, so if your name isn't Titan Dick and you can't eat / don't like fish and/or shellfish, please let me know and I'll figure out something else for you.

As of right now, the weather forecast is fantastic with SMHI is promising a very un-Norwegian 21°C and sunny skies! 😎 There might be a swim stop if it stays like this. 👙 Of course anything can (and probably will) change before then, but keep your fingers crossed and bring both sunscreen and extra layers just in case.
