How:	There are two main options - car or train. The adventurous/mad may want to walk, skate, cycle, row or try and work out what busses end up in Rönninge! CAR: Drive south from Stockholm on the E4/E20 motorway towards Södertälje. Get off at the Salem/Rönninge exit and head for Rönninge on Salemsvägen. You pass a Statoil on your left, and then it's 600m until you enter into Rönninge itself. Follow the road through the left/right chicane on Dånviksvägen, and then the railway station is on the left with the "centrum" on the right. 100m past the railway station, there's a road to the left that passes under the railway. Take this, and turn left again once through. You are now on Sandbäcksvägen and are 1km from the venue!! Follow the road past the gymnasium, onto the dirt road, and back up onto the tarmac again. Up on the hill on your right you will see a new area of yellow and red villas � this is Lustigknopp! Turn off Sandbäcksvägen up into the estate, and take the second turning to the right. Number 20 is the second yellow house on the right (replete with a bunch of idiots in running gear milling about outside). TRAIN: Pendeltåg (J-line) trains leave for Rönninge from the Central Station at 12 minutes past the hour and every 15 minutes after that (usually from platform 13 or 14). It takes 29 minutes. It is then a one kilometre walk from the station to the venue, which will be marked in the usual manner. We will meet the two trains that arrive at 1326hrs and 1341hrs (departing Stockholm at 1257 and 1312 respectively) � otherrwise you will have to walk. How:	By car, (team up, I know there will be several cars) it is about 35 min drive from the city: go E18 North. Exit the motorway towards 'Vaxholm'. After about 4,5 Km take left towards 'Åkersberga'. After about 4 Km take right towards 'Nantes'. After 1.3 km take left towards 'Svinningeudd'. Keep right when the road splits (twice). Continue all the way down to the water. Our plot is then immideately to the left (red wooden fence with white tops). OnOn. By bus. take bus 629 from (T) Danderyds Sjukhus towards Åkersberga. Get off at stop 'Svinningeuddsvägen'. This is the stop immediately after a significant stop 'Nantes' where the bus does a U-turn right next to the sea. Bus leaves every hour at x.52 So aim at the 12.52 bus from Danderyd and arrive 13.30 (this is the preferred bus). You could even take the 13.52 bus, and arrive 14.30. If you miss that bus you will miss the run. On bus arrival, walk back 50 m, follow the sign 'Svinningeudd'. (and half arrows) See last bit of car description above. It is 1 km (14 min) to walk from the busstop. We'll send a car to pick up at least your bags at those two bus-arrivals. For those who will return to the city late same day, Last bus is at 19.00. If there is no car to get a lift with, BigBrother will take you by boat to the train in Österskär, which runs every 30 min until after midnight. There is a chance to stay overnight in beds, sofas, floor, etc for a number of hashers. If so, bring sleeping bags, etc' Breakfast and hangover run is on offer to those staying.

Go up 2 sets of escalators then a few stairs to the bus station. Bus 839 to Dalarö/Smådalarö departs 14.25. You arrive Dalarö Torget 14.55. Miss this and you will be an hour late! Ring if there are problems. Bus usually waits for the train if it is a bit late but not if you miss it. Road: Take Road 73 south of the city towards Nynäshamn. The turnoff to Dalarö is well signposted and a few kilometers after the Haninge turnoff. The road to Dalarö (Dalarövägen 227) is about 19 km long. Turnoff to our street, Nämndövägen is 2-3km before Dalarö centrum, thus if you go over the bridge to "the island" of Dalarö, you have gone too far. Ring if you need directions, Nämndövägen directly runs off Dalarövägen, turn left up the hill 200 meters after the first blue sign that tells you you are now at Dalarö and must slow down to 50km/hr. You will see 2 blue arrow signs in the middle of the road at this point, turn left at the 2nd one. Keep your eyes on the road signs as Nämdövägen winds to the left then the right a bit unexpectedly. We are number 20 Nämdövägen 2 green garbage bins out the front (classy!).

Go straight through the new roundabout at the town entrance, continue about 900 m on Stockholmsvägen and then turn left on Stegelbäcksgatan at the traffic light by ICA Flygfyren. Turn right on the first side street (Götgatan) and then left on the next one (Lundmansgatan). Continue past Frötunagatan and turn right on Vikingagatan when Lundmansgatan ends. Ljungbergsgatan will be on your first left. You can park anywhere on Vikingagatan or Ljungbergsgatan. Our house, the old off-white cottage with yellow windows, will be hidden behind the trees immediately on your left as you walk or drive down Ljungbergsgatan. If you take public transit (highly recommended & very convenient), SL bus 676 leaves from Tekniska högskolan and Danderys sjukhus every 15 minutes and the ride to Norrtälje takes exactly 1 hour. Get off at Norrtälje Gustavslund (the 2nd stop after entering town). Then walk about 400 m (marked) to the house. The last bus that will get you there in time leaves Tekniska högskolan at 13:45 and Danderyds sjukhus at 13:54. In the evening, busses return to Stockholm every 30 min on the hour and half hour, i.e. 20:00, 20:30, 21:00, etc, until midnight; then at 00:45 and 01:45. You're welcome to stay the night too. There are a few beds and several mattresses available in the house as well as a grassy lawn for anybody who wants to pitch a tent. There's also an STF hostel called Hvilan within spitting distance and Hotel Roslagen just across Stockholmsvägen. Note:	There will be runners & walkers trail. After the run/walk there will be bath and sauna in Storkyrkobadet in Gamla stan (booked 17-19). After that we go to a restaurant/pub called "Pontus by the sea" at Skeppsbrokajen (booked tables). I will buy the first beer as I�ve recently had my 50th birthday. There will be three choices of food � hamburger, smoked salmon and grilled chicken breast.
